General Questions

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard delivery usually takes within 3–7 business days once your order is processed. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way.

Is there a shipping fee?

We currently offer free shipping on orders of INR 2500 or above. Please note – there is an additional charge of INR 150 on COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.

How can I track my shipment?

A tracking link will be shared with you by email as soon as your order is shipped.

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with the ribbon and other tags intact. Please note: we do not issue cash refunds – approved returns are refunded as store credit once internal quality checks are passed. Store credits are valid for a period of 9 months.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do offer exchanges — but strictly for the same garment in a different size or length, provided that size/length is in stock. Exchanges for different colours or styles are not available. We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, email us at support@twelvthedit.com with your order number. We’ll send you a Return Form to fill out. Once the return is processed and received by us, we will send you a notification via email with store credit (provided the garment passes the quality check).

Does Twelvth Edit cover the cost of returns?

Return shipping costs are not covered by Twelvth Edit and must be paid directly by the customer.

How do I initiate an exchange?

To initiate an exchange, email us at support@twelvthedit.com with your order number, garment, and size/length that you would like to exchange your garment for. We’ll send you an Exchange Form to fill out. Once the exchanged item is processed and received by us, we will send you a notification via email with the new dispatch details (provided the garment passes the quality check).

Does Twelvth Edit cover the cost of an exchange?

The cost of sending an item back for exchange is the customer’s responsibility. Twelvth Edit will cover the shipping of the replacement size/length back to you.



When will my return / exchange be processed?

Once we receive your return or exchange request, please allow 2–4 business days for our team to process it. After approval, a pickup will be scheduled and you’ll be notified with the details.

What if I receive a faulty / incorrect item?

If you believe you've received a faulty item, email support@twelvthedit.com with your order number and a photo. If approved, we’ll send a replacement, or, if unavailable, issue store credit or a refund. Please note that damage from wear and tear, misuse, or care errors is not considered a fault.

Product And Sizes

How do I find my size?

You can find your best fit using our Size Charts, which list detailed garment measurements, along with our Fit Guide, which shows how each size corresponds to body measurements. Together, these tools will help you pick the size that feels just right.

Where can I find product details and wash-care instructions?

All product details can be found on each item’s product page. Wash-care instructions are included on the label stitched inside every garment, so you’ll always have them handy.

Why does the product colour look different from the website images?

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different due to lighting during photography, fabric texture, or variations in screen settings. These minor differences are normal and not considered a fault.

Payment and Store Credit

What payment methods does Twelvth Edit offer?

We use Razorpay, which includes UPI, all major cards and wallets.

Is the payment process secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a trusted and PCI-DSS compliant platform. Your card and payment details are encrypted and never shared with us or any third party.

How does store credit work?

We issue store credit on your registered email ID, and this is valid for a period of 9 months from the date of issue.

Which countries/cities/areas do you cover for shipment?

We ship pan India, using Bluedart as our delivery partner.

What is your policy on local taxes?

All prices shown are inclusive of taxes. A detailed tax breakdown will be visible once you add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.

I tried to place an order but it didnt go through. What can I do?

If your order doesn’t go through, don’t worry – just reach out to our Customer Support team via WhatsApp or email (support@twelvthedit.com) with your details, and we’ll help you complete your purchase.
