Shipping Policy

Standard delivery usually takes within 3–7 business days once your order is processed. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way.  Orders are often delivered fastest in A-1 metro cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad, followed by other places. (Working days omit national holidays and Sundays). We do our best to speed shipping for all orders, however occasional delays may occur on a case-by-case basis. 

Please be aware that Twelvth Edit  is not accountable for any shipping company delays or loss of any type caused by unanticipated and uncontrollable events, such as the recipient being unavailable or non-contactable, wrongly addressed orders, weather conditions, and so on. We will do our best to advise consumers of the delay in such cases.

Shipping Charges:

We currently offer free shipping on orders of INR 2500 or above. Please note – there is an additional charge of INR 150 on COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.

If we approve an exchange or refund, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

For exchanges, however, Twelvth Edit will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to the customer.
