Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with the ribbon intact. Please note: we do not issue cash refunds – approved returns are refunded as store credit once internal quality checks are passed, so you can find something else you’ll love.

To initiate a return, email us at support@twelvthedit.com with your order number. We’ll send you a Return Form to fill out. Once the return is processed and received by us, we will send you a notification via email with store credit.

Return shipping costs are not covered by Twelvth Edit and must be paid directly by the customer.


Damages and issues

If you believe you've received a faulty item, email support@twelvthedit.com with your order number and a photo. If approved, we’ll send a replacement, or, if unavailable, issue store credit or a refund. Please note that damage from wear and tear, misuse, or care errors is not considered a fault.


Exchanges

We do offer exchanges — but strictly for the same garment in a different size or length, provided that size/length is in stock. Exchanges for different colours or styles are not available. We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate an exchange, email us at support@twelvthedit.com with your order number, garment, and size/length that you would like to exchange your garment for. We’ll send you an Exchange Form to fill out. Once the exchanged item is processed and received by us, we will send you a notification via email with the new dispatch details (provided the garment passes the quality check).

Once we receive your exchange request, please allow 2–4 business days for our team to process it. After approval, a pickup will be scheduled and you’ll be notified with the details. The cost of sending an item back for exchange is the customer’s responsibility. Twelvth Edit will cover the shipping of the replacement size/length back to you.
